Art features prominently in the book so I wanted to do a bit of art myself with cocktail bitters and egg whites! The top is meant to look kinda like a painting.

  • 3 parts grapefuit juice
  • 3 parts dry gin
  • 3 parts lemon juice
  • 2 part Simple Syrup
  • egg
  • bitters
  • ice
  • 1/2 cup selzer.
  • You’ll be a cocktail shaker, some sort of filter, and a spray bottle.[ingredients]

Instructions: This one is tricky. First you mix all the ingredients EXCEPT the ice and bitters together in a shaker. Hold onto the top good, it likes to be trouble. Then add the ice and give it a couple shakes. Drain into the glass using a filter. Then with some sort of squeeze bottle, spritz the bitters in.
